Globe has launched a new innovation called EasyHub, which provides Filipinos with a safe and convenient way to make transactions in the new normal. The multi-channel retail experience offers innovative features and life-enabling solutions that combine digital and brick-and-mortar experiences for more convenient access to Globe’s products and services. EasyHub is an interactive one-stop-shop where customers, including those who are not tech-savvy and the elderly, can easily connect, explore, and fulfill transactions with just a touch of a button.

The innovative kiosks allow customers to shop, pay bills, explore, and even access information on how to request customer service support in Globe’s mobile platforms. With digital displays and step-by-step guides, customers can easily access various Globe products and services such as handsets, broadband plans, and 917 apparel and accessories. The Pay Zone includes vending machines that accept bills payment, GCash cash-in, load top-up, and also dispense prepaid call cards and SIM cards.



In addition, customers can learn more about different mobile products through an interactive experience in the Explore Zone. EasyHub kiosks have already been installed in Ayala Malls Manila Bay and SM Manila, with the first Bulacan EasyHub Kiosk located in SM Marilao. More outlets are set to be opened in different locations nationwide soon.
